Clients & Pets
Owner contact details and each pet's species, breed, date of birth, microchip and allergies. Find anyone by name, phone, pet name or microchip.
SOAP Visit Notes
Reason for visit, weight, temperature, heart and breathing rate, and SOAP notes. Every change is kept with who made it and when, and two people can't overwrite each other's edits.
Vaccinations
What was given, the batch and manufacturer, and when it's next due. Due dates feed the reminders automatically.
Prescriptions
Each prescription names the prescribing vet and their licence number. Allergies on the record are checked, including related drug families, and a warning must be confirmed before saving.
Medicine Labels
Print the label and a sheet of instructions for the owner together, on A4 or a Brother or Dymo label printer.
Vet Reference
AIAsk general veterinary questions and get a short answer with links to trusted sources. Only the question is sent; personal details are removed first. Off until an admin turns it on.
